Story

  • 2014 - WERKS is set up with 5 locations.

    2015 - WERKS ran Creative Success Kent - an online & physical support program for new creative businesses.

    2015 - WERKS added 2 more locations.

    2016 - Funding was secured from LEP to develop an innovation cafe at Middle Street, Brighton.

    2017 - WERKS developed plans through Consultancy, for a new creative space for Tunbridge Wells District Council (The House).

    2018 - An exciting business plan for Fisher Street, Lewes was developed.

  • 2020 - 1-1 Support with our clients throughout Covid, with weekly virtual company meetings.

    2020 - Undertook a full renovation of 4 Fisher Street, Lewes & turned it into a creative hub and dedicated café.

    2021 - Received Government funding and support from local businesses to build dedicated music production suites at Middle Street, Brighton.

    2022 - Developed a business plan for Gravesham Council.

  • 2024 - Undertook consultancy and design process to visualise and cost the conversion of retail space in Gravesend into a new Tech Hub for the local community.

    2024 - Developed a vision document for Marine Workshops in Newhaven, outlining a 5-year development plan.
